Please view the ferry schedules, routes, and make your booking online. Safety & Weather Any port ferry cancellations will be posted here. Please check if there is a severe storm. Ferries in the Koh Samui, Koh Tao, & Koh Phangan regions run 365 days / year, only stopping in case of extreme storms. This usually happens perhaps one day per year. Please do not call the port to check the ferry schedule unless the storm is severe. Ferry boats are all regulated by the Thai Navy for safety and each is insured through the Thai government although many boats also carry their own private insurance. Each boat is fitted with some life jackets.
