Cancellation Policy

Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 24 Hours before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline.

Amendments

  • We will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made over 24 Hours prior to departure. However amendment is subject to availability and new rates may apply.
  • Any amendment resulting in lower rates or less number of passenger is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference figure between total amounts less the amended amount.

Things to Know

  • Please arrive prior to your trip's departure time no later than 30 minutes for the domestic trip and 1 hour 30 minutes for the international trip. If you are too late, your ticket will be expired and can not be Refunded & Changed.
  • You can check in with e-ticket on mobile or device. Please make sure you check in with the right operator you booked with.
  • Time stated is only for estimation. The actual time schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to unpredictable weather conditions and fortuitous events.
  • The price does not include entrance fee and any additional fees and surcharges.
  • Each passenger is allowed of baggage shall not weigh more than 20kg.
  • IMPORTANT: If one way ticket was used or the date and time specified on the ticket passed already, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Connecting Flights: The Company is a point to point carrier and we do not take responsibility for delays or connecting flight.
  • No pets allowed.
  • INFANTS are NOT allowed on speedboat.
  • The Speedboat trip is not suitable for pregnant women, children, people with heart or back problems, or other physical impediments.
  • Check in point: the beach in front of Kaimook Tong Resort, please look for Satun Pakbara staff
  • The price includes a longtail boat (Rua hang yao) to the Speedboat.

Trip Information

For the exact check-in point, please check your e-ticket for the details, as there are different check-in points for each boat operator. Also, it's important to be there at least 30 minutes prior to departure for a hassling-free boarding!

Speed Boat: Джетти-бич - Koh Mook Pier

Koh Mook Pier is the speedboat and ferry landing point, located on the north of the beautiful Mook island. From there you can take a speedboat or a ferry trip to either of the nearby islands.

Don't forget to print your e-ticket and be there at least 3o minutes before departure time!

Koh Bulon doesn’t have ana actual pier, the speedboat will stop near the island and wait for a local longtail boat to take you to the beach. And extra 50 THB must be paid in cash to the longtail driver.

Speed Boat: Koh Bulon - Pattaya Beach

Sailing from/to one of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand doesn’t seem like a bad idea, right? Pattaya Beach is Koh Lipe's main beach as well as Koh Lipe’s main pick-up and drop off point. The beach is blessed with delicate white sands and gorgeous crystal clear blue waters. It is the closest beach to the island center (Walking Street), located along the south of Koh Lipe.

Once you arrive, the local sea gypsies will be there to take you to the shore with their exquisite longtail boats for 20 Baht. Please note that this price is not included in your ticket.

If you are departing from the beach, longtail boats will also be there to transport you to your awaited ferry/speedboat.

Паром: Pattaya Beach - Telaga Harbour

Telaga Harbour is a marina for transfer boats between the island and also for sightseeing. It was once a fishing village but now it is the main gateway to Langkawi. The harbor is located in Pantai Kok area and from there you can also find a shuttle to Koh Lipe in Thailand. The harbor side has a boardwalk with several shops, bars, and restaurants.
