Cancellation Policy

Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 24 Hours before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline.

Amendments

  • We will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made over 24 Hours prior to departure. However amendment is subject to availability and new rates may apply.
  • Any amendment resulting in lower rates or less number of passenger is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference figure between total amounts less the amended amount.

Things to Know

  • Please arrive prior to your trip's departure time no later than 30 minutes for the domestic trip and 1 hour 30 minutes for the international trip. If you are too late, your ticket will be expired and can not be Refunded & Changed.
  • You can check in with e-ticket on mobile or device. Please make sure you check in with the right operator you booked with.
  • Time stated is only for estimation. The actual time schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to unpredictable weather conditions and fortuitous events.
  • The price does not include entrance fee and any additional fees and surcharges.
  • Each passenger is allowed of baggage shall not weigh more than 20kg.
  • IMPORTANT: If one way ticket was used or the date and time specified on the ticket passed already, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Connecting Flights: The Company is a point to point carrier and we do not take responsibility for delays or connecting flight.
  • No pets allowed.
  • INFANTS are NOT allowed on speedboat.
  • The Speedboat trip is not suitable for pregnant women, children, people with heart or back problems, or other physical impediments.

Trip Information

The time at this pier is measured with ferries! From the early morning until the last big ferry leaves at 2:30 pm the place is bursting with life, people and flavors of all kinds. After the ferry departures are over; a magical calm atmosphere will suddenly prevail over the stunning island.

The pier is located in Tonsai Bay’s center, at the north of Phi Phi Don. Where ferries arrive from different islands including Phuket, Krabi and Koh Lanta.  It's the island's main pier and the most occupied. Once you’re there, you will need to pay an island entry fee of 20 baht and you'll come across plenty of merchants rolling out banners for tours and hotels.

Speed Boat: Причал Тонсай - Причал Саладан

Saladan Pier is the center point of Koh Lanta as it is the island’s main and only pier, where you will find speedboat and ferry tours to the nearby islands like the famous Koh Phi Phi, Ao Nang, Railay, and Phuket. This pier is located north of Lanta island in a small town surrounded by souvenir shops, local cafes, and seafood restaurants.

For the exact check-in point, please check your e-ticket for the details, as there are different check-in points for each boat operator. Also, it's important to be there at least 30 minutes prior to departure for a hassling-free boarding!

Koh Bulon doesn’t have ana actual pier, the speedboat will stop near the island and wait for a local longtail boat to take you to the beach. And extra 50 THB must be paid in cash to the longtail driver.
