Cancellation Policy

Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 72 Hours before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline.

Amendments

  • We will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made over 72 Hours prior to departure. However amendment is subject to availability and new rates may apply.
  • Any amendment resulting in lower rates or less number of passenger is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference figure between total amounts less the amended amount.

Things to Know

  • Passengers shall arrive at the Lomprayah office at least 60 minutes (sixty minutes) before the departure time to confirm the trip.
  • You can check in with e-ticket on mobile or device. Please make sure you check in with the right operator you booked with.
  • Time stated is only for estimation. The actual time schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to unpredictable weather conditions and fortuitous events.
  • The price does not include an entrance fee, any additional fees and surcharges (if any).
  • Each passenger is allowed of baggage shall not weigh more than 20kg. The excess luggage will be charged and paid directly to the staff.
  • Water sports equipment will be charged 400 THB for travel by bus and boat, or 300 THB for travel by boat only.
  • Bicycles - will be charged 700 THB (folding bicycles only) for travel by bus and boat, or 500THB for travel by boat only.
  • Pets are not allowed on board.
  • The vehicle is subject to change depending on the amount of passengers.
  • IMPORTANT: If one way ticket was used or the date and time specified on the ticket passed already, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Connecting Flights: The Company is a point to point carrier and we do not take responsibility for delays or connecting flight.
  • The passenger needs to sign the travel insurance document for the passenger’s right of the insurance of Lomprayah Office.
  • Check in point: at Lomprayah Bangkok Office located at Rambutti road (near Khao San road), Banglumpoo area.
  • Vehicle is subject to change depending on amount of passengers.
  • Bus may stop at Hua Hin to pick up passenger if any.
  • Please note that the bus will be arrived early morning, so need to wait at the pier until 7:00 to take a boat.
  • In occasions, you might be required to board a speedboat or fast ferry.

Trip Information

Punto de recogida:   154 Rambuttri Road . Está a mitad de camino a lo largo de la carretera, fuera de una oficina marcada con "Lomprayah". Está cerca del hotel Vengthai. Su conductor de taxi debe conocer esta ubicación, pero llámenos para obtener más información si lo necesita.

Es un viaje de 10 horas desde las 6 a.m. hasta las 9 p.m.Hasta que el autobús llegue al muelle, se lo llevará a su ferry y amp; nbsp; por el personal operativo del ferry. Es un proceso simple y sin complicaciones todo el camino. Solo asegúrese de imprimir  su e-ticket, que   le proporcionemos al personal cuando se lo solicite.

Bus: Via Rambuttri - Muelle de Thung Makham Noi

Muelle Thung Makham Noi (a 25 km de la ciudad), tome las carreteras N ° 4119 y 4098 y gire a la derecha en la Organización Administrativa del tambo Sairee Beach, conduzca por la estación de salud pública Baan Thung Makham y gire a la izquierda hacia Thung Makham Noi Bay. Es el mismo camino hacia Lomprayah Pier y MY Road.
