Cancellation Policy

Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 72 Hours before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline.

Amendments

  • We will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made over 72 Hours prior to departure. However amendment is subject to availability and new rates may apply.
  • Any amendment resulting in lower rates or less number of passenger is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference figure between total amounts less the amended amount.

Things to Know

  • Passengers shall arrive at the Lomprayah office at least 60 minutes (sixty minutes) before the departure time to confirm the trip.
  • You can check in with e-ticket on mobile or device. Please make sure you check in with the right operator you booked with.
  • Time stated is only for estimation. The actual time schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to unpredictable weather conditions and fortuitous events.
  • The price does not include an entrance fee, any additional fees and surcharges (if any).
  • Each passenger is allowed of baggage shall not weigh more than 20kg. The excess luggage will be charged and paid directly to the staff.
  • Water sports equipment will be charged 400 THB for travel by bus and boat, or 300 THB for travel by boat only.
  • Bicycles - will be charged 700 THB (folding bicycles only) for travel by bus and boat, or 500THB for travel by boat only.
  • Pets are not allowed on board.
  • The vehicle is subject to change depending on the amount of passengers.
  • IMPORTANT: If one way ticket was used or the date and time specified on the ticket passed already, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Connecting Flights: The Company is a point to point carrier and we do not take responsibility for delays or connecting flight.
  • The passenger needs to sign the travel insurance document for the passenger’s right of the insurance of Lomprayah Office.
  • Vehicle to Surat Thani Town is subject to change depending on amount of passengers.
  • Check in point: Lomprayah counter at Maenam Pier (Pralarn Pier)
  • The Speedboat trip is not suitable for pregnant women, children, people with heart or back problems, or other physical impediments.
  • The bus/minivan will stop in front of Khao Sok National Park.

Причал довольно просто найти, хотя таксист может не знать, где конкретно расположено это место. Но у нас для вас хорошие новости — мы подскажем вам дорогу! На въезде в деревню Менам (Maenam Village) вы увидите один светофор, а затем полицейскую будку, за которой и будет находиться дорога к самому причалу Менам (Maenam Pier). Кстати говоря, сама деревня Менам (Maenam) — это не просто одно из тысячи случайных мест, встречающихся вам на пути. Здесь вы сможете найти несколько чудесных ресторанов с расслабленной атмосферой, которые расположены в непосредственной близости от дороги к пляжу, а также стать немного ближе к характерному для традиционных поселений и сельских районов образу жизни Самуи, о котором стоит узнать поподробней! Пляж Менам (Maenam Beach) — это тоже довольно удивительное место, при этом на нем немного тише, чем на других пляжах Самуи. Спокойная вода прекрасно подходит для купания, а золотые пески — для того, чтобы прогуляться по ним или устроиться поудобней и как следует расслабиться. Здесь вас ждет просто идиллическая атмосфера!

Tapee pier is located at Sri Surat Bridge, Tapee River, which is only 30 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes away from the city.

It acts as a super connection point between Surat Thani and Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao in a comfortable crossover trip.
