• Cancellations made 24 Hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 24 Hours before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline.

Amendments

• We will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made over 24 Hours prior to departure. However amendment is subject to availability and new rates may apply.
• Any amendment resulting in lower rates or less number of passenger is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference figure between total amounts less the amended amount.

Things to Know

• Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to your trip's scheduled departure time. If you are too late, your ticket will expire and cannot be Refunded and Changed.
• You can CHECK IN by showing the QR code from your e-ticket (sent by email) directly on your phone. Please make sure you check in with the operator you booked with.
• Time stated is only for estimation. The actual time schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to unpredictable weather conditions and fortuitous events.
• The price does not include the entrance fee or any additional fees and surcharges.
• Connecting Flights: The company operates as a point-to-point carrier and is not responsible for any delays or missed connecting flights.
• Due to safety policies, pregnant passengers are not permitted to travel.
• The Ferry/Speedboat departure time may vary depending on the weather conditions.
• Always keep your valuables, crucial items, fragile belongings, passport, and important documents with you. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to these items.
• If the date and time specified on the ticket have already passed, the ticket cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
• Baggage for Ferry : Each passenger is allowed 2 suitcases (up to 25 inches each) and 1 hand-carry bag included in the fare. Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their own luggage and cargo from the vessel.
• Baggage for Speedboat: Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase (up to 18 inches) and 1 hand-carry bag included in the fare. Due to limited space on board, all luggage must be handled by the staff and is carried at the owner’s risk.
• A passport or ID card is required for the check-in process.
• Children under 11 years old must travel with an adult (18 years or older). Parents traveling with infants (under 3 years old) are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution during the trip.
• In occasions, you might be required to board a speedboat or fast ferry.
• The Speedboat trip is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart or back problems, or other physical impediments.
• In case of weather conditions or government orders prohibiting boat travel, the operator reserves the right to replace boat transfers with land transport without refund.
• In the event that a ferry/ Speedboat cannot operate as scheduled, or is delayed due to weather conditions, the operator reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip without prior notice.
