Cancellation Policy

Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 72 Hours before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline.

Amendments

  • We will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made over 72 Hours prior to departure. However amendment is subject to availability and new rates may apply.
  • Any amendment resulting in lower rates or less number of passenger is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference figure between total amounts less the amended amount.

Things to Know

  • Passengers shall arrive at the Lomprayah office at least 60 minutes (sixty minutes) before the departure time to confirm the trip.
  • You can check in with e-ticket on mobile or device. Please make sure you check in with the right operator you booked with.
  • Time stated is only for estimation. The actual time schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to unpredictable weather conditions and fortuitous events.
  • The price does not include an entrance fee, any additional fees and surcharges (if any).
  • Each passenger is allowed of baggage shall not weigh more than 20kg. The excess luggage will be charged and paid directly to the staff.
  • Water sports equipment will be charged 400 THB for travel by bus and boat, or 300 THB for travel by boat only.
  • Bicycles - will be charged 700 THB (folding bicycles only) for travel by bus and boat, or 500THB for travel by boat only.
  • Pets are not allowed on board.
  • The vehicle is subject to change depending on the amount of passengers.
  • IMPORTANT: If one way ticket was used or the date and time specified on the ticket passed already, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Connecting Flights: The Company is a point to point carrier and we do not take responsibility for delays or connecting flight.
  • The passenger needs to sign the travel insurance document for the passenger’s right of the insurance of Lomprayah Office.

เพราะเกาะเต่ามีชื่อเสียงและได้รับการขนานนามว่าเป็นสวรรค์ของนำดำน้ำ ทำให้เมื่อไปถึงก็จะเห็นอุปกรณ์ดำน้ำหลากสีสันวางขายกันเกลื่อนกลาดหน้าหาดแม่หาด แต่อย่างไรก็ตามเรือเฟอร์รี่ของเรามีจุดรับส่งอยู่ในบริเวณที่ง่ายต่อการเดินทางเข้าออก เมื่อท่านขึ้นบก มีทั้งร้านอาหาร บาร์ เซเว่นสะดวกซื้อและโรงเรียนสอนดำน้ำที่มีอยู่มากมาย (จึงไม่ต้องรีบตัดสินใจ) บ้านแม่หาดเป็นจุดที่มีคนพลุกพล่านมากที่สุดของเกาะเต่า ดังนั้นไม่ต้องกลัวว่าจะหาซื้ออะไรไม่ได้ ทุกอย่างที่ท่านต้องการสำหรับทริปนี้มีรอท่านไว้แล้ว

Speed Boat: ท่าเรือแม่หาด - ท่าเรือท้องศาลา

ท่าเรือท้องศาลาเป็นท่าเรือที่เหมาะสำหรับเฟอร์รี่ที่เดินทางจากเกาะสู่เกาะมาก ตั้งอยู่ทางตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ของเกาะพงัน ห่างจากเกาะสมุย 45 นาที เมื่อเข้าใกล้ท่าเรือ ท่านจะมองเห็นวิวภูเขาและป่าไม้เรียงรายกันอยู่ เรือเฟอร์รี่ของ FerrySamui.com จะมาจอดที่นี่และขั้นตอนการเข้าสู่ท่าเรือก็ง่ายนิดเดียว หลังจากออกจากเรือไปแล้ว จะมีแท็กซี่และตัวแทนขายทัวร์มากมายมารอให้ท่านเรียกใช้บริการ ไม่ต้องตกใจ เช่น ราคามาตรฐานในการเดินทางไปหาดรินอยู่ที่ประมาณ 100-150 บาท ระหว่างทางแวะซื้อข้าวโพดต้มไปกินด้วยก็ได้!

ท้องศาลาเป็นบริเวณตัวเมืองของเกาะพงัน จึงมีทั้งธนาคาร เคาน์เตอร์แลกเงิน ผับและร้านอาหารไว้คอยบริการมากมาย พวกแบ็คแพ็กเกอร์หลายคนนิยมค้างคืนที่นี่สองสามคืนเพราะอยู่ใกล้กับท่าเรือ และเป็นจุดที่เหมาะต่อการเชื่อมไปยังเกาะต่างๆ ได้ด้วย ใช่แล้ว! ไม่ว่าจะอยู่ตรงไหนก็มาถึงท้องศาลาได้ ที่นี่มีตลาดสดที่เปิดทั้งเช้าและเย็น เผลอๆ อาจมีมวยดีให้ดูที่เวทีมวยที่ตั้งอยู่ไม่ไกล ใครที่ชอบมอเตอร์ไซค์ ที่นี่มีบริการเช่ารถด้วย ยกเว้นช่วงปาร์ตี้ฟูลมูน อาจหายากหน่อย ยังไงๆ ก็ขอให้ใช้รถกันอย่างระมัดระวังด้วย!

Speed Boat: ท่าเรือท้องศาลา - ท่าเรือหน้าทอน

ท่าเรือหน้าทอนเป็นท่าเรือหลักของเกาะสมุยและเป็นจุดรับส่งผู้โดยสารทั้งขาเข้าและขาออกของที่นี่ ตั้งอยู่ทางตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือของสมุย จากท่าเรือหน้าทอน นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถเดินทางเชื่อมไปยังเกาะอื่นๆ อีกมากมายได้ เช่น เกาะพงัน หรือจะเป็นเกาะเต่าซึ่งเป็นสวรรค์ของนักดำน้ำ

ท่าเรือหน้าทอนมีความแข็งแกร่งปลอดภัย สามารถรับท่องเที่ยวที่เดินทางเข้าออกด้วยเรือเฟอร์รี่ได้เป็นหลายร้อยคนต่อวันและตลอดเวลา รวมไปถึงเฟอร์รี่ที่บรรทุกรถยนต์ เรือเฟอร์รี่แบบทัวร์และเรือเล็กด้วย

ไม่ไกลไปจากท่าเรือ มีโรงแรม ธนาคาร ร้านอาหาร บริษัททัวร์ และร้านค้ามากมายเอาไว้บริการนักท่องเที่ยว มีบริการรถแท็กซี่ที่พร้อมจะพาท่านไปถึงทุกที่หมาย แม้จะจะเป็นแท็กซี่มิเตอร์ แต่อาจต้องระวังเพราะคนขับไม่ค่อยใช้มิเตอร์เท่าไร อาจจะต้องต่อราคากันบ้าง ถนนที่นี่อาจจะคดโค้งและวุ่นวายไปบ้าง ถ้าเช่ารถขับคนเดียวก็คงต้องเตรียมตัวให้พร้อม!

Located at Sri Surat Bridge near Tapee River, Tapee Pier is a great hub connecting Surat Thani with many gorgeous surrounding islands such as Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao, providing super comfortable sea transportation services. The pier is easy to find as it is 30 minutes away from Surat Thani Airport and only 10 minutes away from the city.

If you’re heading to Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, or Koh Tao, the minivan/bus will pick you up from Thunglong Road in front of Lompraya’s office, to reach Tapee Pier in about 2 hours.

Klong Jilad Pier is around 4km from Krabi Town located upriver from the coast, it is hard to walk to the pier from the town but you can reach it by the local bus (Songthaew), motorcycle, or tuk-tuk. This pier is Krabi province’s main pier, there you’ll find ferry trips to Koh Lanta, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Jum, And Koh Yao. Waiting areas and small snack vendors are available.

The time at this pier is measured with ferries! From the early morning until the last big ferry leaves at 2:30 pm the place is bursting with life, people and flavors of all kinds. After the ferry departures are over; a magical calm atmosphere will suddenly prevail over the stunning island.

The pier is located in Tonsai Bay’s center, at the north of Phi Phi Don. Where ferries arrive from different islands including Phuket, Krabi and Koh Lanta.  It's the island's main pier and the most occupied. Once you’re there, you will need to pay an island entry fee of 20 baht and you'll come across plenty of merchants rolling out banners for tours and hotels.
