Refund

• Cancellations made 48 Hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 48 Hours before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline.

Amendments

• We will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made over 48 Hours prior to departure. However amendment is subject to availability and new rates may apply.
• Any amendment resulting in lower rates or less number of passenger is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference figure between total amounts less the amended amount.

Things to Know

• Check in point: at Boonsiri High Speed Ferries counter
• Vehicle type is subject to change depending on amount of passengers.
• For the routes that have hotel pick up, it is available in a limited area. If the hotel is out of service area you have to pay an extra charge for it.
• For the route that included pick-up from your hotel, please standby at the hotel’s lobby at least 30 minutes before the pick-up time. The actual pick-up can be 30 minutes earlier/later than the schedule depending on traffic conditions and hotel’s location.
