Khao Lak Centre Information

Khao Lak has two bus collection point options:

1) If you can provide us with your hotel address in our booking step 2, we will arrange for the ferry operator to collect you at a pre-arranged time.

2) Otherwise, your collection point will be at the Khao Lak Center Point. Taxi drivers should be able to find this relatively easily because it is well known, but call our customer service agents for any extra guidance/assurance.

Bus travel time is likely to be around 4 hours to Donsak Pier in Surat Thani. On arrival to the pier, the ferry operating staff will ensure that your boarding process will be straightforward. Be sure to print out your e-ticket that we issue you. The ferry staff are familiar with our customer service processes and your trip is going to be smooth sailing!
