  • Please arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Tickets will expire for late arrivals and are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • You can CHECK IN by showing the QR code from your e-ticket (sent by email) directly on your phone. Please make sure you check in with the operator you booked with.
  • Time stated is only for estimation. The actual time schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to unpredictable weather conditions and fortuitous events.
  • The price does not include Foreigner Marine park fee (200 THB, Thai 40 THB) and, Pier Entrance fee 20 THB, and any additional fees and surcharges (if any).

  • In case of weather conditions or government orders prohibiting boat travel, the operator reserves the right to replace boat transfers with land transport without refund.
  • During 15 May-14 Oct the boat will arrive to Sunrise Beach and 15 Oct -14 May the boat will arrive to Pattaya Beach. However, it depends on tide on that day.
