Each passenger may bring luggage up to 20 kg. Excess luggage may be charged directly by the staff.
There are no travel restrictions for pregnant passengers on ferry. However, please be aware that the service provider will not be responsible for any health-related issues that may occur.
Please keep your valuables, travel documents, and important items with you at all times. The company is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
Bicycles will be charged 200 THB for the ferry. Please pay in cash directly to the staff at the pier. Speedboats do not carry bicycles.
Hotel Pick Up or drop Off: In case of delay, the customer are required to make there own way to the pier.
In case of weather conditions or government orders preventing travel, the operator reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or replace the trip with alternative transport without prior notice.
If traveling with an INFANT, please inform us after booking, as registration with the port authority and insurance is required. Otherwise, the operator will CHARGE the full fare at check-in.
If the customers do not buy the sufficient seats or additional services, the operator has all right to deny the customers with no refund.
INFANTS must pay a 200 THB insurance fee at the pier. This fee will be waived if you inform us at the time of booking.

Do I need to print my ferry ticket or is mobile ok?

You don't need to print your ticket. Your boarding voucher is in your account: open Bookings, then View trip details, and click Download PDF. On the day of travel, show the QR code on it — on your phone is fine — to the ferry operator staff at the pier named on your ticket, and they will direct you to your boat.

If you'd prefer paper, print the PDF yourself.

What happens if my ferry is cancelled due to weather?

We are sorry when weather stops a sailing. Ferries usually run in rain; speedboats are more often stopped by rough seas.

If your trip is cancelled because of weather, your booking in Bookings shows a message once our team has confirmed the cancellation. You can then either move to the next available service with Change this booking, or cancel with Cancel & refund for a full refund.

If the sailing is running but you choose not to travel, the normal cancellation policy applies.
