Phantip Office – Surat Thani Train Station


The Phantip Travel Office is located directly opposite Surat Thani Railway Station, in the building just outside the station. It serves as the main check-in and departure point for bus and minivan transfers operated by Phantip Travel.

Passengers arriving by train should proceed to the Phantip Office to check in by presenting the QR code from their e-ticket. Staff on site will assist with ticket validation, boarding information, and onward connections.

Buses and minivans depart from this location. If your train arrives on time, staff members will guide you to the correct vehicle. In case of train delays, passengers may need to contact Phantip Restaurant near Time Square or travel to Surat Thani Town to arrange an alternative connection.

There are several food options and small restaurants nearby, making it convenient to have a meal or refreshments while waiting for your departure.
